It is registered in Brazil as a private non-profit association under CNPJ No. 36.038.079/0001-97, headquartered at R. Dr. Renato Paes de Barros, 618 — Itaim Bibi, São Paulo — SP, 04530-000, immune from taxes on its own revenues under article 150, VI of the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and recognized under international legislation with charity organization and/or public benefit organisation status in several countries, subject to all applicable requirements and restrictions that such recognition entails.
