- Execute preventive software and hardware maintenance on the organisation's computers (laptops), on-site in Campinas (SP) and remotely whenever technically possible
- Install and configure standard software and hardware on all computers (provisioning of notebooks/laptops), including functionality tests after each support session
- Log support requests and the status of each piece of equipment, label them, and keep the inventory up to date
- Guide people on information security best practices during support sessions
- Conduct two online training sessions on information security best practices, following standard materials to be provided by Casa Hacker

- Minimum qualification of a technical degree in IT or a related field
- Experience with preventive and corrective computer maintenance (hardware and software), especially laptops
- Proficiency in installing and configuring Windows and corporate applications (Google Workspace, browsers, communication tools)
- Familiarity with remote access and support tools
- Solid understanding of information security (accounts, passwords, multi-factor authentication, updates, backups)
- Good communication and teaching skills to guide people with varying levels of familiarity with technology
- Availability for on-site support in Campinas (SP) during the contract period
- Organisation and disciplined record-keeping: every support session must be documented
